Dear Hyur personnel, It was my lifelong dream to visit the land of my roots. My wife and I finally realized it with our 10-day stay at the beautiful Armenia Marriott Hotel. We want to thank you all for booking the hotel for us in advance and for arranging the tour excursions to the monumental sites we visited with your help. The hotel room matched if not exceeded our expectations. As requested, it had indeed a formidable view of Mount Ararat, plus it was on uppermost floor for better view. Thank you very much. The excursions by Hyur were very well organized and we were very fulfilled and satisfied with the professionalism your tour guides (like Elizabeth) and drivers (like Vartan) executed their functions so formidably. Your professionalism and quality of services should be an example to others practicing equivalent type services, in order to satisfy all tourists and help lead Armenia for better tourism attraction. I am very glad having contacted you before our trip and I can't see us returning to Armenia without Hyur's services. I have already said this to my friends. Путешествовали с коллегами(10 чел) по Армении в декабре 2010, пользуясь услугами Hyur Service. Очень понравилось приятно-несоветский сервис: сотрудники оперативно предалагали варианты размещения и меняли график экскурсий в соответствии с нашими пожеланиями, встреча в аэропорту и расселение произошла очень четко и без задержек. Мы катались на очень хорошем, новом автобусе с прекрасным, очень доброжелательным водителем, нам даже предложили воды во время дневной экскурсии, что приятно удивило и порадовало =) Отдельное спасибо хотелось бы сказать нашему гиду (к сожалению, не помним ее имени): потрясающий профессионали- умение владеть аудиторией, прекрасное знание материала (исторические и этно-познавательные экскурсы), грамотная и образная речь...наш тур закончился бурей апплодисментов и искренними выражениями признательности за чудесно проведенное время в прекрасной стране Армении. |

Bonjour, Merci tout d'abord pour vos bons voeux qui me rappellent l'excellent séjour passé en Arménie en septembre dernier. A mon tour de vous adresser les miens en souhaitant nous revoir un jour! L'appartement que j'avais choisi n'était pas disponible (à cause de problèmes de plomberie, je crois), mais celui qui m'a été offert à la place pour le meme prix semblait encore meilleur...bien situé et correct en tous points. Très bon accueil du chauffeur assurant le transfert, ainsi qu'au bureau de Hyur Service. Les 3 excursions auxquelles j'ai participé étaient bien organisées et les guides compétents. Seul petit bémol à mon gout: le temps insuffisant réservé aux visites culturelles proprement dites par rapport au temps passé dans les restaurants et les visites à caractère semi-commercial comme l'arret chez un producteur de vin, par exemple... L'hôtel n'était pas très loin de l'agence Hyur, ainsi lorsqu'on a voulu changer la chambre, Hyur s'est tout de suite occupé de ce petit souci. Et à part çà, l'avantage c'est de ne pas avoir payé d'avance directement de France tout le séjour. Je remercie ainsi Hyur, et leur souhaite de très joyeuses fêtes de fin d'année. Philippe. |

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de hyur service pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme à toute épreuve!...il n'y a pas plus simple pour trouver à se loger de façon confortable et sans se ruiner à Erévan...le service de transfert pour l'aéroport est impeccable, merci à notre chauffeur de nous avoir attendus près de 3 heures à notre arrivée!! Quant aux excursions, elles sont animées par des guides adorables et compétentes, qui ont à coeur de faire partager la riche culture de leur pays....seul petit bémol: quel dommage qu'au retour de ces excursions on ne puisse pas apprécier de la "vraie" musique arménienne, qui fait partie de cette immense et riche culture.... Добрый вечер, Анаит! Хочу сказать Вам лично и Фирме в целом, ее сотрудникам, огромное спасибо за организацию и проведение тура (начиная от первого запроса и кончая прощанием в аэропорту). И даже за отличную погоду. Мне все понравилось, и отель, и экскурсионная программа. Отель очень уютный, спокойный, чистый, убирались в номере и меняли полотенца ежедневно. Про расположение я молчу, уж "центрее" и удобнее не придумаешь. Совсем рядом очень приличное кафе (мне его Сони посоветовала), которое в переводе с армянского на русский называется "Ежик". Очень вкусно, по домашнему и абсолютно недорого. В отношении питания у отеля есть малюсенький минус, но для меня он не имел особого значения, так как я, во-первых, не притязательна в еде, а во-вторых, для меня утром главное - попить кофе. А минус заключается в том, что иногда еда имела вид приготовленного вчера, а может и оставшегося от ужина. Так что, если кто-то более требователен к качеству, то может остаться не совсем довольным. А в целом, если у меня спросят совета, я с чистой совестью могу его рекомендовать. А как я довольна своими спутниками (Сони и Вардан-джан) по экскурсиям ... Мне с ними было очень комфортно, спокойно, интересно. Они помогали всем, чем могли. Советовали - где лучше остановиться, чтобы полюбоваться видами и сфотографироваться, где что лучше купить, где заказать обед. Сони даже и физически помогала, поддерживала, когда мне было трудно подняться или спуститься по ступенькам лестниц. В общем они оба - просто чудо, даже было грустно расставаться. Передайте и Сони и Вардан-джан мое огромное спасибо, я буду вспоминать их с большой теплотой. |

We find Hyur service from internet, They are a team you can not imagine, when ever you write something next morning answer is in your computer. Always helpful and explain every single issues. We stayed 15 days House #358 what ever we saw the pictures from internet are same. From the first minute to take us from Airport to last minute, delivering us to Airport, they were always with us with everything included Internet services. all wonderful. I would like to special thank you to our driver Mr. Rubig Margarian (Rupen Ahparik) and our tour guide Sona Abrahamyan (Beutifull Sona) you guys are wonderfull, Hyur service must be proud with you. During the months of May through to October 2010 our company had staff in Yerevan working on the newly built international airport. These staff numbers ranged from 4 up to 16 and changed quite frequently during our stay. Our accommodation requirements therefore changed and we could never be specific in advance to book. Hyur Service and in particular Anahit Karapetyan were extremely helpful and always managed to find us suitable accommodation. During our stay we had 2 - 4 bedroom apartments, a house, sole use of a 7 bed hotel and on odd occassions short stay bookings at the larger hotels. I must admit I did not know anything about Armenia before this business trip but now that i have been there I have nothing but praise for it. The people are very friendly. Once you get out into the countryside it is very scenic. Language can be a bit of a problem. However, just stop one of the girls (they say they are the prettiest in the world and I wouldn't disagree) and they generally can speak English. Anna bonjour, Nous voilà donc rentrés de notre voyage en Arménie, depuis maintenant un peu plus d'une semaine. Autant dire qu'avec le recul, nous sommes totalement satisfaits, tant au niveau des différentes prestations offertes par l'Agence Hyur Service, que par l'accueil du pays en général. -- CONCERNANT L'ORGANISATION : Tout d'abord pour ce qui concerne les transferts. Aussi bien à l'aller qu'au retour, les chauffeurs étaient à l'heure, malgré des horaires quelque peu difficiles. Il n'y a rien à ajouter si ce n'est qu'à les remercier une fois de plus. Pour ce qui est de l'hôtel Ani Plaza. Un hôtel bien placé dans le centre d'Erévan, un personnel disponible et sympathique. Un buffet copieux le matin. Il est à regretter qu'un certain nombre de services, tel que les accès à la piscine et àInternet soient payants, ce qui n'était pas apparu clairement ou pas du tout sur le site de l'hôtel. CONCERNANT L'EXCURSION: Il s'agissait du circuit sur deux jours à Tatev, avec coucher à Sissian. Le circuit effectué a correspondu parfaitement à nos attentes. L'organisation était parfaite, guide et chauffeur étaient très sympathiques et disponibles en tant que de besoin. Il est à noter que les organisateurs de Hyur Service ont eu le souci de veiller au confort de tous: des restaurants bien agréables l'un au pied du monastère de Noravank, l'autre en bas de la station de Jermuk. Quant à l'hôtel de Sissian, là aussi, il n'y a rien à ajouter. Il est très bien. CONCERNANT LE PAYS Il est vrai que nous avons été impressionnés par l'accueil que nous ont réservé tous les gens! du pays que ce soit dans la campagne ou à Erevan. CONCLUSION Nous tenons, mon épouse et moi-même, à remercier tout particulièrement Anna qui maîtrise parfaitement le français, pour sa disponibilté, sa gentillesse et sa patience. Hi I was lucky enough to spend two incredible days last weekend on a trip that took in Khor Viep, Norovank, Tatev, Jermuk etc. What helped make the trip so memorable was the friendly, knowledgable and helpful guides (Alla and Lilit) and driver (Roubben). They were always attentive and made the extra effort to ensure the group felt comfortable, relaxed and well-informed. We are a family of five (3 boys) from Norway, and we had a splendid time in Yerevan, Sevan and in Jermuk. You can be sure we have recommended Armenia and Hyur Service to our friends here in Norway.
